This honey valve pouch is engineered for viscous, sticky foods that need clean dispensing and a strong odour barrier. A typical food-contact grade structure is PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE, with the metallised or aluminium layer supporting light and aroma protection while the PE sealant gives reliable heat-sealed strength. The wide-mouth valve/spout is positioned for controlled squeezing, so honey flows without excessive pressure and the pack can be stored upright or on its side depending on the fitment design. Film thickness, valve diameter and pouch dimensions are specified around the fill weight, shelf-life target and Korean filling-line format. For honey filling, the pouch is designed with a wide-mouth spout that accepts standard filling nozzles and reduces bridging at the shoulder. After filling, the valve or screw-cap fitment is closed and the pouch can be cartoned without waiting for a rigid-bottle cool-down. The squeezable body supports portion dosing in food-service and retail formats, while the valve helps limit drips and post-use mess. We adapt the spout diameter, cap style and valve opening to the honey viscosity and target fill weight, such as 500 g, 1 kg, 2.5 kg or 5 kg.
