このコチュジャン用フォイルポーチは食品グレードのラミネート構造で、通常はPET/AL/PEまたはPET/VMPET/PEで構成され、要求される賞味期限やコストに応じて、アルミ箔またはメタライズ加工したバリア層が採用されます。この構造は、酸素や湿気の透過を制限し、強い発酵臭がにじみ出さないように選定されています。内側のPEシール材は、熱シールされたポーチ本体およびスパウトの溶接部に適するように配合されています。
