この5Lの醤油用液体ポーチは、醤油、発酵調味料、ホットポットベース、RTUブロスを充填する韓国の食品メーカー向けに設計されています。ポーチはPET/VMPET/PEラミネート構造を採用し、印刷性と機械的強度にはPET、臭みと香りのバリアにはVMPET、信頼性の高いスパウト溶接と柔軟な袋本体には食品グレードのPEシール材を使用しています。広口スパウトは衛生的な充填と搾り出し時の投与量制御に対応し、対応するキャップが保管・輸送中のスパウトを保護します。対応する液体充填機を用いてスパウトから充填を完了し、その後キャップを閉じてケース装箱し、流通に備えます。
本フォーマットは1～10Lの容量帯に対応しており、ソースライン全体でパッケージ仕様を標準化できます。
ブランド表現のため、ポーチは10色グラビア印刷で印刷されます。これにより、ロールフィルム上でブランドカラーを再現し、韓国語の成分表示パネルやソースごとのグラフィックを実装できます。アートワークは、マットまたはグロス仕上げ、および充填ラインに適したスパウト位置に合わせて作成できます。サンプリングは白地または印刷済みのプロトタイプから始まり、チームが量産前にスパウトの適合性、充填挙動、キャップの締付トルク、ラベル表示エリアを確認できます。
小～中規模向けの最小ロットはデザインごとに5,000個から対応可能で、コンテナ1本分の生産をコミットすることなく、醤油のSKU、季節限定品、輸出用パッケージを試せます。
生産はアートワークとフィルムの承認後に行われ、納期は最終数量と印刷工程の複雑さを踏まえて確認されます。
