This 3 kg hot-pot base Spout Pouch is designed for Korean sauce manufacturers who need clean, squeezable dosing from a food-contact package. The pouch uses a laminated PET/VMPET/PE structure to combine mechanical strength, an odour barrier and heat-seal integrity, with food-contact grade film and a wide-mouth screw-cap spout for controlled pouring and reclosure. Available capacity can be aligned to 500 g–5 kg filling trials, while the 3 kg format suits food-service and food-manufacturing hot-pot base volumes. The pouch stands or lies stable during filling and packing, and the spout position supports easy emptying of viscous bases without a separate decanting step.
Printing and converting are handled in our 15,000 m² Dongguan workshop, where 10-colour rotogravure supports Korean-language graphics, batch marks and brand colour matching. The pouch is formed and spouted for spout-pouch filling lines, with the wide-mouth cap allowing viscous hot-pot base to flow steadily and be resealed after use. We can discuss small-to-mid MOQ for market trials and provide sampling before mass production, so buyers can check film hand-feel, spout fitment and print registration. Filling temperature, cap torque and fill weight should be confirmed on your line; the pouch structure can be adjusted within food-contact grade laminates to suit hot-pot base viscosity, shelf-life targets and odour-barrier requirements.
The Spout Pouch is suited to hot-pot base, liquid seasoning, RTU broth and similar viscous foods where controlled dosing and odour control matter. Users can squeeze or pour through the wide-mouth spout, reseal the cap, and store the pouch upright or flat, reducing product exposure during service. For Korean food-manufacturing buyers, we support artwork review, spout and film samples, and small-to-mid MOQ production runs before scaling. Please share target capacity, fill method, viscosity, intended shelf life and label text so we can confirm the laminate, spout size and carton plan. Bulk lead time is quoted after artwork and sample approval, and the final film specification is confirmed before production.
