1–5 kg Chili Oil Vacuum Pouch with High-Barrier Film and Optional Wide-Mouth Spout

Engineered for chili oil and oil-based seasoning, this vacuum pouch uses a food-contact grade laminate such as PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE to support vacuum evacuation, oil resistance and a clean odour barrier. The flat vacuum-pouch format protects colour and aroma while reducing headspace, and the high-integrity heat-seal pattern is designed for leak-resistant handling after filling. For Korean sauce factories, the pouch can be supplied with an optional wide-mouth spout for controlled dosing or left as a sealed vacuum bag for bulk in-plant use. Filling is suited to automated or semi-automatic liquid lines, with degassing and sealing parameters agreed during sampling. Capacity ranges from 1 kg to 5 kg, with custom dimensions available for small-to-mid production runs.

Printing is available with 10-colour rotogravure for bold brand blocks, Korean-language usage text and caution marks, with matte or gloss surface options. The outer PET layer carries print and dimensional stability, the VMPET or aluminium layer supports light and odour barrier, and the PE sealant layer provides oil contact and sealing performance. We recommend confirming the exact structure against your chili oil recipe, fill temperature and shelf-life target before production. Small-to-mid MOQ programs are available, and sampling is fast so Korean buyers can test pouch fitment, spout dosing and seal strength. The optional wide-mouth spout supports squeeze dosing for chili oil in kitchens and production lines, while the vacuum pouch body can be configured as a flat bag for compact storage and secondary protection. For filling, we recommend trial runs that evaluate oil residue in the seal zone, vacuum draw, spout insertion and cap torque where applicable. Standard sizes cover 1 kg, 2 kg, 3 kg and 5 kg, with custom shapes and dimensions available. Lead time is typically 15–20 days after artwork and sample approval, depending on structure and order quantity.
