This 5 kg rice vinegar zipper pouch is designed for Korean sauce and seasoning producers who need clean filling, reliable resealing and controlled pouring in daily production. The laminated structure can be specified as PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE, using food-contact grade film and a tight odour-barrier layer to protect vinegar’s sharp aroma from plastic taint. The pouch format supports stand-up shelf storage and stable case packing, while the resealable zipper lets operators open, dose and close during multi-stage blending. For liquid rice vinegar, we recommend a wide filling area and a reinforced bottom gusset to reduce stress during transport and repeated handling.

Filling can be handled through the top zipper opening or through an optional spout, depending on your line speed and dosing method. The zipper track is positioned for repeatable closure after sampling, mixing or partial use, making the pack suitable for food-manufacturing kitchens and RTU seasoning preparation. A squeezable spout option gives tighter portion control for vinegar-based sauces, hot-pot bases and marinades without requiring a separate decanting container.
