Engineered for RTU beef broth, this 1 L foil pouch uses a food-contact grade PET/AL/NY/PE laminate to support oxygen, light and odour barrier during storage and distribution. The aluminium foil layer helps protect savoury aroma, while the NY layer adds puncture and flex resistance for filled pouches. A wide-mouth squeeze spout supports controlled dosing for broth, hot-pot base and liquid seasoning lines, and the stand-up format keeps the pouch stable during filling, cartoning and retail display. The film can be supplied in roll or pre-made pouch form, with spout size and fitment selected to match your filling line. Structures and thicknesses are confirmed against your broth recipe, process temperature and target shelf life before sampling.
For Korean food-manufacturing buyers, the pouch can be printed in up to 10 colours by rotogravure, with matte or gloss finishes and registration controlled for clear Korean-language labelling.
