この自立袋は、コチュジャンなどの発酵した韓国風調味料向けに設計されており、単なる液漏れ防止よりも香りの保持と耐油性が重視されます。標準構造はPET/VMPET/PEで、中層にメタライズ加工を施したバリアが酸素や臭いの侵入を抑える一方、ポーチは絞り出せる柔軟性を維持します。PET/AL/PE仕様では、より高性能な防湿・遮光バリアを加え、より長期の賞味期限を目指す場合に適しています。
底部ガセットにより、ポーチは充填ラインや棚上で自立でき、16 mm、20 mm、32 mmのセンターフィットまたはコーナースパウトがペーストや高粘度ソースの定量充填を可能にします。容量は1 kg～5 kgで、食品製造向けのバイヤーが最も希望するサイズは1 kg、3 kg、5 kgです。
東莞工場の10色版ロトグラビア印刷機で印刷しているため、コチュジャンのブランドは、微細な韓国語の文字、成分表、認証マークを用いたフルカラーデザインを、印刷柄の反復区間全体にわたって鮮明に再現できます。マットまたはグロスのPET基材で色値を所定の目標に 맞춰管理し、マットバーニッシュの表層とグロスのスポットを組み合わせることで、冷蔵陳列や繰り返しの取り扱いでも高級感を保つ上品な外観を実現できます。
各製造ロットで版の位置合わせを確認し、量産前には実際に使用するフィルム構成で印刷したサンプルを提供するので、ブランドオーナーは色や文言を確認できます。アートワークはポーチの外形、ガセットの折り目、スパウト位置に合わせて調整し、中身入りのポーチを棚に立てた状態でも、主要パネル情報が読み取りやすくします。
印刷済みスパウト付き自立袋の最小ロットは サイズおよびデザインごとに10,000個からとなります。初回のサンプル製作では、より少ない試行数量でお見積りいたします。無印刷の袋は、パイロット充填用として少量のロットを手配できます。無印刷ポーチのサンプル製作には7～10日、グラビア印刷用シリンダーの版下となるアートワークが承認された後には約12～15日かかり、入金および印刷校正の承認後の生産納期は通常18～25日です。
当社の15,000m²クリーン工場は東莞にあり、フィルムのラミネート、ポーチ製造、スパウトシール、品質検査を一連工程で行っています。また、ポーチは韓国向けバイヤーに食品グレードのフィルム書類を添えて、輸出用段ボール箱に梱包しています。充填容量、ソース粘度、充填ノズル型式をご共有いただければ、スパウト径とフィルム厚を推奨いたします。
