1 kg–5 kg Gochujang Stand-Up Spout Pouch in Odour-Barrier PET/VMPET/PE Film

This stand-up pouch is built for gochujang and other fermented Korean sauces, where aroma retention and oil resistance matter more than simple liquid tightness. The standard structure is PET/VMPET/PE with a mid-layer metallised barrier that slows oxygen and odour migration while keeping the pouch flexible enough to squeeze; a PET/AL/PE option adds a stronger moisture and light barrier for longer shelf-life targets. The bottom gusset lets the pouch stand on the filling line and on the shelf, and the centre-fit or corner spout in 16 mm, 20 mm or 32 mm gives controlled dosing for pastes and thick sauces. Capacities run from 1 kg to 5 kg, with 1 kg, 3 kg and 5 kg as the most requested sizes for food-manufacturing buyers.

Printing runs on 10-colour rotogravure presses in our Dongguan workshop, so gochujang brands can carry a full-colour design with fine Korean-language type, ingredient tables and certification marks reproduced cleanly across the repeat length. We hold colour targets on matte or gloss PET surfaces and can combine a matte varnish outer layer with a gloss spot for a premium look that survives refrigerated display and repeated handling. Registration is checked on every run, and we supply a printed sample on the actual film structure before mass production so brand owners can confirm colour and text. Artwork is adapted to the pouch outline, gusset folds and spout position, keeping key panel information readable when the pouch is standing filled on shelf.

MOQ starts at 10,000 pouches per size and per design for printed stand-up spout pouches, with lower trial quantities quoted for first sampling runs; unprinted stock structures can be arranged in smaller lots for pilot filling. Sampling takes 7–10 days for plain pouches and around 12–15 days once artwork is approved for gravure cylinders, and production lead time is typically 18–25 days after deposit and print proof sign-off.
