This 3 kg valve pouch is designed for sauce concentrate such as gochujang, soy seasoning, kimchi paste, hot-pot base and RTU broth. The food-contact grade laminate can be specified as PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE to support odour control, grease resistance and reliable shelf-life protection for concentrated sauces. A wide-mouth valve spout supports viscous filling and controlled squeezable dosing, while the sealed pouch format helps reduce leakage risk during storage and distribution. The structure is suitable for hot-fill or ambient-fill processes depending on recipe and process validation. Flat or gusseted pouch formats can be adapted to line requirements, filling equipment and Korean retail or food-service pack sizes.
Custom printing is produced on 10-colour rotogravure lines, allowing Korean-language ingredient panels, brand graphics, batch coding areas and matt or gloss surface effects. Artwork can be checked for pouch layout, valve position, seal zones and filling direction before plates are made.
