This 3 kg valve pouch is designed for kimchi paste and other fermented sauces that need controlled squeeze dosing without messy decanting. The flexible laminate combines a food-contact grade inner PE sealing layer with a high-barrier PET/VMPET/PE structure; PET/AL/PE is available for stronger odour and oxygen protection. A wide-mouth dispensing valve supports thick paste flow, reseals between uses and helps minimise product contact with air. The pouch format is suitable for food-manufacturing filling lines and can be supplied in capacities from 1 kg to 5 kg. We confirm valve type, fitment and film thickness against your paste viscosity, filling method and shelf-life requirements before sampling.
Printing is handled by 10-colour rotogravure in our 15,000 m² clean workshop in Dongguan, allowing Korean brand owners to reproduce Hangul text, regulatory panels, batch marks and sauce-specific colour cues with stable registration. Matte or gloss finishes, registered windows and variable data areas can be planned around the valve position to keep the dispensing zone clear. For kimchi paste, we recommend artwork that leaves a clean label area for ingredient and storage information while showing the valve orientation on pack. Small-to-mid MOQ options are available, with sampling supported before mass production.
