This 1–2 L valve pouch is designed for rice vinegar and other liquid seasonings that need clean, controlled dispensing in Korean food-production lines. The laminated structure can be specified as PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE or PET/NY/PE with a food-contact grade PE sealant, giving an odour and light barrier while keeping the pouch flexible for squeezable dosing. A welded valve/spout fitment with screw cap supports top filling, controlled pour and resealing after opening. The pouch format suits automatic or semi-automatic filling, with flat or stand-up bottom options to match your case pack and shelf setup. Film thickness, fitment size and cap colour are confirmed against your rice vinegar formulation and filling equipment before sampling.
For shelf-ready Korean market presentation, the pouch can be printed by 10-colour rotogravure with matte or gloss surface options, registration-friendly graphics and Korean-language ingredient or usage panels supplied by your team. We keep print and film choices aligned with the rice vinegar application: a barrier layer helps manage odour transfer, while the food-contact grade inner sealant is selected for liquid contact and heat-sealed durability. Sampling typically starts from artwork and filling trials, so you can check valve flow, cap torque, drop performance and case packing before mass production. Small-to-mid MOQ runs are available for market tests, seasonal labels and co-packing projects, with the final quantity confirmed by pouch size, fitment and print colours.
Production takes place in our 15,000 m² clean workshop in Dongguan, using 10-colour rotogravure printing, spout-pouch sealing and valve-fitment welding for consistent pouch-to-pouch quality. For rice vinegar, we review fill temperature, acidity, cap closure and secondary packaging before quoting, then propose a laminate such as PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE with food-contact grade PE inside. Filling can be manual, semi-automatic or in-line, depending on your valve/spout format and case-pack layout. Typical lead time is 15–25 working days after artwork approval and deposit, with pre-production samples available in about 5–7 working days. Please share capacity, fitment drawing, target MOQ and Korean label copy so we can confirm structure, print colours and sampling plan.
