This 3 kg foil pouch is designed for chili oil and other liquid seasoning lines where light, oxygen and odour control matter. The recommended food-contact grade structure is PET/AL/PE, combining a printable PET outer layer, aluminium foil barrier and an oil-compatible PE sealant for reliable spout sealing. The stand-up spouted format supports shelf loading and squeezable dosing in Korean sauce kitchens, while the wide-mouth screw spout allows controlled pouring and resealing after opening. Pouches can be supplied with bottom gusset or flat-bottom shaping to suit filling equipment. Fill through the spout or open top before final sealing, then lot-code and case-pack for distribution. Custom capacity options from 1 kg to 5 kg are available for gochujang, soy-based seasoning and chili oil production trials.
Printing runs on 10-colour rotogravure presses, which allow Korean-language brand copy, ingredient statements, barcodes and batch panels to be reproduced consistently across repeat orders. We can work from artwork-ready files and provide layout guidance for the spout position, tear notch and lot-coding area so the finished foil pouch suits automated filling and packing lines. For fast sampling, plain or printed sample pouches can be prepared before mass production, helping Korean food manufacturers check spout fit, film stiffness and label placement. MOQ starts from 3,000 pcs per size and design, with small-to-mid production runs supported for new sauce launches. Standard lead time is 15–20 working days after artwork and sample approval; sampling timing is confirmed once the specification is fixed.
Made in a 15,000 m² clean workshop in Dongguan, the pouch uses food-contact grade film and controlled lamination to support consistent barrier performance and seal strength. The aluminium foil layer helps limit light exposure and odour transfer, while the PE sealing layer is selected for chili oil contact and spout welding. A wide-mouth spout with screw cap gives squeezable dosing for RTU broth, hot-pot base, soy seasoning and gochujang-style pastes when the pack format fits the product viscosity. Before production, we confirm capacity, spout size, film thickness and filling method with the buyer. Packaging is supplied flat for efficient export cartons, and rolls or finished pouches can be quoted according to Korean market requirements.
