この3 kgのフォイルポーチは、光、酸素、においの管理が重要となるラー油などの液体調味料ライン向けに設計されています。推奨される食品グレード構成はPET/AL/PEで、印刷可能なPET外層、アルミニウム箔バリア、油対応PEシール層を組み合わせ、確実なスパウトシールを実現します。スパウト付き自立袋のフォーマットは、棚への配置に対応し、韓国のソース厨房では袋を絞って定量注入できます。一方、広口スクリュースパウトにより、開封後の注ぎ量を調整して再シールImportermediatelyできます。ポーチは、充填設備に合わせて、底部ガセット型または平底型で提供できます。
スパウトまたは上部の開口部から充填し、最終シール後、流通向けにロットコードを印字してケース梱包します。コチュジャン、豆ベースの調味料、唐辛子油の生産試作向けに、1kg～5kgの容量カスタマイズが可能です。
印刷は10色のグラビア印刷機で行われ、韓国語のブランド文言、成分表示、バーコードおよびロット表示パネルを再注文ごと一貫して再現できます。
印刷可能な入稿データに基づいて作業し、スパウト位置、切り込みおよびロットコード印字エリアについてレイアウト指導を提供することで、完成したフォイルポーチが自動充填・包装ラインに適合するようにします。
迅速なサンプリングのため、量産前に無地または印刷済みのサンプルポーチを準備でき、韓国の食品メーカーがスパウトの適合性、フィルムの剛性およびラベル配置を確認できます。
最小ロットはサイズ・デザインごとに3,000個からで、新たなソース製品の投入给小～中ロットの生産にも対応しています。標準納期は、印刷データとサンプルの承認後15～20営業日です。サンプルの作成時期は、仕様が確定した時点で確認されます。
15,000m²のクリーン工場で製造されたこのポーチは、食品グレードのフィルムと管理されたラミネート加工により、安定したバリア性能とシール強度を確保しています。アルミ箔層は光への露出と臭気の移りを抑え、PEシール層は辛味油との接触およびスパウト熱封に対応するように選定されています。ねじキャップ付き広口スパウトにより、包装形態が製品の粘度に適合する場合、RTUブロス、ホットポットベース、醤油系調味料、コチュジャン風ペーストなどを、絞り出して分注できます。
生産前に、容量、スパウト径、フィルム厚、充填方法をバイヤーと確認します。包装は、輸出用カートンを効率よく梱包できるよう平置きで供給され、ロールまたは完成品ポーチは、韓国市場の要件に応じてお見積りいたします。
