この10 Lのフルーツシロップ用バッグ-in・ボックスは、柔軟な内側ポーチと硬質の外側箱を組み合わせ、食品製造ラインでの安定した保管と衛生的な供給を実現します。内側のポーチには食品接触グレードのPET/VMPET/PEラミネートを使用しています。PETは印刷性と機械的強度、VMPETは悪臭や香りのバリア、PEは熱封可能な液体接触層を担当します。食品グレードのタップバルブにより、バック全体を開けずにフルーツシロップを所量ずつ注入できます。袋はバルブまたは独立した充填用フィットメントを通じて充填され、その後シールされ、輸送のために箱へ梱包されます。
液体食品向けの設計で、5～20Lフォーマットに対応可能です。シロップの色や保存寿命の要件に応じて、透明またはメタライズ加工のバリア仕様を選べます。
印刷は、東莞の15,000 m²のクリーン工場にある10色グラビア印刷設備で行い、ブランドカラー、ロットコード表示エリア、韓国語のアートワークを全ロットで一貫して再現できます。印刷用アートワークには、充填位置、バルブ位置、ボックス方向を明確に示すマークを付す/front panelと dispensing directionがずれないようにするため、充填位置、バルブ位置、ボックス方向を示す明確なマークを付け、前面パネルと吐出方向が一致するようにすることをお勧めします。量産前には迅速な試作が可能で、通常は採用予定のフィルム構造とバルブを使用し、充填時の挙動、タップ操作、ボックスとの適合性を確認します。
試作注文では小～中程度の最小ロットに対応しており、カスタム印刷の最小ロットは袋サイズ、ラミネートおよび色数に応じて確認されます。これにより、韓国の食品メーカーは、より大きな定期注文に拡大する前に、新しいフルーツシロップラインを実用的にテストできます。
食品グレードのPEシール材は液体食品包装向けに採用されており、VMPET層は保管・輸送中の臭いの付着や香りの損失を抑える助于します。タップバルブと充填用フィットメントは食品グレードの部品として指定され、バッグ-in・ボックス形式はフレキシブルポーチを穿刺や積載圧から保護します。フルーツシロップ用パックは、厨房、飲料調製および産業用バッチ調合における衛生的な取り出しに対応します。標準リードタイムはアートワーク、フィルムおよびバルブの確認後に提示され、再注文は予測に基づいてスケジュールできます。
