韓国のキムチペーストと発酵ソースの生産向けに設計されたこのバッグ-in・ボックスは、PET/VMPET/PEなどの食品グレードのラミネート構造を備えています。厚さとバリア性能はペーストの粘度、塩分含量、充填方法に応じて選択されます。内側のポーチは剛性の外装箱内に収まり、安定した保管と清潔な取出しを実現します。広口スパウトは迅速な充填と、袋を絞って確実に注入する方式に適しています。VMPETは臭気と湿気に対してバリア性を高め、PEのシール層はヒートシール強度とペーストとの適合性に応じて選定されています。
お客様の1～20 kgの容量範囲に合わせて、フィルム構造、スパウト径、バルブタイプ、バッグ-in・ボックス形式を調整できます。対象はフレキシブル包装のみです。認証およびコンプライアンス書類は、最終的な材料構成に応じて、試作および受注審査の段階で確認されます。
ブランド表示用として、外装箱と内側のポーチに最大10色までのグラビア印刷で印刷し、マットまたはグロスの仕上げ、韓国語表記の取扱表示マーク、ロット生産に適したアートワークを施せます。量産前に、アートワークの校正とスパウト／バルブ位置の確認を推奨します。ペーストの充填速度、キャップの締付けトルクおよび箱の組付けは、いずれも充填性能に影響するためです。構造および適合性の確認用サンプルを提供可能です。サンプルの標準納期は、アートワークと仕様が確定してから7～12日程度です。量産納期は、フィルム、スパウトおよび箱の入手状況によって変動します。
小～中程度の最小ロットなら、韓国食品メーカーやソースブランドでも対応可能です。最小ロットは単一の固定数値ではなく、袋サイズ、フィルム構成、印刷色数によって確認されます。量産前に充填試験でペースト温度、粘度および残留空気を確認してください。
発酵調味料、キムチペースト、コチュジャン、大豆ベースの調味料、ホットポットのベース、RTUのブロス向けに設計されたバッグ-in・ボックス形式は、ヘッドスペースを削減し、臭気の移行を抑え、充填から使用までの間にペーストを保護するのに役立ちます。広口スパウトまたは吐出バルブは、手動で搾って定量吐出する方式、ポンプ供給、重力による吐出のいずれにも対応できます。具体的なスパウトとバルブは、ペーストの粒径、粘度、洗浄手順に合わせて選定します。食品グレードのフィルムと、管理された条件下でのラミネート加工を使用しますが、最終的な適合性は、貴社独自の充填・保管試験で確認する必要があります。
外装箱は積み重ねや輸送に対応し、内容物が取り出されるにつれて内側のポーチが潰れることで、残留ペーストを削減し、韓国風ソース製造におけるより清潔な切り替えを支援します。
