10 L Bag-in-Box Fruit Syrup Dispensing Pack with Odour-Barrier Tap Valve

This 10 L fruit syrup bag-in-box pairs a flexible inner pouch with a rigid outer box for stable storage and clean dispensing in food-manufacturing lines. The inner pouch uses a food-contact-grade PET/VMPET/PE laminate: PET for print and mechanical strength, VMPET for odour and aroma barrier, and PE as the heat-sealable liquid-contact layer. A food-grade tap valve supports controlled dosing of fruit syrup without opening the whole pack. The bag is filled through the valve or a separate filling fitment, then sealed and packed into the box for transport. The structure is designed for liquid foods and can be adapted for 5–20 L formats, with clear or metallised barrier options depending on syrup colour and shelf-life requirements.

Printing is handled on 10-colour rotogravure equipment in our 15,000 m² clean workshop in Dongguan, allowing brand colours, lot coding areas and Korean-language artwork to be reproduced consistently across the run. We recommend supplying print-ready artwork with clear fill, valve and box-orientation marks so the front panel and dispensing direction stay aligned. Fast sampling is available before mass production, typically using the proposed film structure and valve to check fill behaviour, tap operation and box fit. Small-to-mid MOQs are supported for trial orders, with custom print MOQs confirmed by bag size, laminate and colour count. This makes the format practical for Korean food manufacturers testing a new fruit syrup line before scaling to larger repeat orders.

The food-contact-grade PE sealant is selected for liquid food packaging, while the VMPET layer helps limit odour pickup and aroma loss during storage and transport. The tap valve and filling fitment are specified as food-grade components, and the bag-in-box format protects the flexible pouch from puncture and stacking pressure. For fruit syrup, the pack supports hygienic dispensing in kitchens, beverage preparation and industrial batching.
