10 L RTU Beef Broth Bag-in-Box with Wide-Mouth Spout for Korean Food Production

This bag-in-box is built for RTU beef broth, liquid seasoning and hot-pot base in Korean food production. The inner pouch uses a food-contact grade multilayer film—typically PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE—to support odour control, aroma retention and reliable flex-crack resistance during transport. Standard capacities range from 5 L to 20 L, with a wide-mouth spout sized for controlled dosing and draining. The pouch sits inside a corrugated box for stable stacking and protection, while the spout supports clean filling and dispensing. Film grade, spout diameter and box strength can be matched to your filling line, broth viscosity and distribution format.

Filling can be configured for spout-fill or open-top fill, depending on your line speed and broth handling. The outer box and inner pouch can be printed with up to 10-colour rotogravure for clear Korean-market branding, batch information and usage instructions. We keep the structure practical: a sealable spout, strong pouch seals and a box format that supports palletising and warehouse handling.
