5 kg Honey Liner Bag with Wide-Mouth Spout and High-Barrier Foil Laminate

This honey liner bag is engineered as a flexible inner liner for food-manufacturing use, with a PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE high-barrier laminate available to suit the filling method. The aluminium or metallised layer supports odour and light protection, while the food-contact grade PE sealing layer is selected for honey contact and reliable heat sealing. A wide-mouth spout supports clean filling and controlled dispensing from bag-in-box or liner systems. The bag format helps Korean sauce and sweetener producers move viscous honey without rigid-container handling, and the construction can be adapted for 1–20 kg capacities. Film stiffness, seal strength and spout fitment are matched to the customer’s filling line and downstream storage conditions.

Filling can run through standard spouted-pouch or bag-in-box equipment, with spout placement and cap style selected to match the line speed and operator preference. For branding, the outer liner or accompanying carton can use 10-colour rotogravure printing for clear Korean-language instructions and lot coding, subject to artwork approval. Small-to-mid MOQ options are available for trial production, and sampling is supported before mass production so buyers can check spout fitment, film hand feel and fill behaviour.
