Made as a liner bag for sesame oil, this bag-in-box inner is built from food-contact grade laminated film in PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE depending on barrier and cost targets. The metallized or aluminum layer supports odour and light barrier, while the PE sealing layer gives reliable heat seals around the valve and bag body. For Korean food manufacturers handling liquid seasoning, the liner keeps sesame oil contained inside a corrugated box, drum or rigid outer pack, with filling through the valve or open spout before the valve is seated. Available in 1–20 L capacities, the liner can be supplied plain or printed, with spout and valve placement adjusted for filling lines, transport and dosing.
For brand presentation, the film can be printed by 10-colour rotogravure with Korean-market artwork, including matte or gloss finishes, care marks and lot areas. We keep print registration controlled across the repeat so valve openings and seals remain clean. Small-to-mid MOQ supports trial production before scale-up: plain liners can start from 1,000 pcs and printed liners from 3,000 pcs, with sampling in 5–7 working days after artwork confirmation. The butterfly valve or wide-mouth spout enables controlled pouring and squeezable dosing for sesame oil, while the flexible liner collapses as product is dispensed to reduce headspace and help limit oxidation. Filling can be done through the valve or spout, followed by cap/valve closure and secondary packaging.
The liner is designed for BIB or drum-in-box use, with the outer corrugated box, drum or rigid container supplied separately or coordinated for line trials. Common capacities are 5 kg, 10 kg and 20 kg equivalents, and custom sizes can be matched to filling weights and box dimensions. Valve type, spout diameter, tube length and film thickness can be specified for your sesame oil viscosity and filling equipment. Production lead time is typically 7–15 working days after artwork and sample approval, depending on capacity, valve and print complexity. Food-contact grade film is used, and finished liners can be packed in poly bags and cartons for export to South Korea. Please confirm artwork, fill volume and valve drawing before bulk production.
