This 5–20 kg bulgogi marinade liner bag is built as a flexible bulk liner for Korean sauce production, with a fitment spout for closed filling and controlled dosing. The recommended food-contact grade laminate is PET/VMPET/PE, combining a printable outer PET layer, metallised VMPET odour and light barrier, and a heat-sealable PE inner layer for marinade contact. Thickness and seal width are set to suit the fill weight, spout size and handling method. Bags can be supplied with corner or centre fitments, and optional wide-mouth spouts help viscous bulgogi marinade flow during filling and dispensing. Use inside a corrugated box, drum or other outer support for bulk storage and transport. We confirm film structure and fitment against your marinade recipe, fill temperature and shelf-life target before sampling.
Printing is produced by 10-colour rotogravure, so Korean brand owners can carry sauce name, usage guidance, batch fields and regulatory text across the liner surface with consistent colour. We can print on the outer PET face while keeping the food-contact PE inner layer unprinted. For small-to-mid launch volumes, MOQ starts at 3,000 pcs per SKU, with lower trial quantities considered for standard structures and unprinted samples. Sampling usually takes 7–10 days after artwork and fitment confirmation; production lead time is typically 15–25 working days after approval. Artwork checks cover Korean text legibility, colour separation, spout clearance, seal area placement and barcode position. Please share target capacity, marinade viscosity and filling nozzle type so we can recommend the right liner dimensions and spout bore.
For bulgogi marinade, the PE inner layer is specified as food-contact grade film, while the VMPET layer helps limit odour transfer and protect aroma during storage. The fitment spout supports squeezable dosing from a supported liner, reducing open handling and helping portion control in bulgogi marinade, gochujang, soy sauce, kimchi paste, hot-pot base and RTU broth lines. Seal geometry is designed around the fill weight, drop risk and transport conditions; we do not claim a test result unless agreed in writing. Bags are packed flat for efficient shipment to South Korea, with fitments protected and orientation marked. Before mass production, we recommend filling trials with your actual marinade, capping torque check and storage observation. Optional clear windows, matte outer finish, hanging holes or custom spout caps can be discussed, subject to structure and MOQ.
