10 L Rice Vinegar Liner Bag with Food-Grade Spout for Bag-in-Box Bulk Dosing

Designed as a bag-in-box liner for rice vinegar, this 10 L liner bag uses a food-contact grade PET/VMPET/PE laminate or PET/AL/PE option to support odour control and acidic-liquid handling. The inner PE sealing layer is selected for liquid-contact compatibility, while the metallised or aluminium layer helps limit oxygen and aroma transfer during storage and transport. The bag is filled through the spout on automatic or semi-automatic BIB lines, then sealed and fitted into a corrugated box for bulk handling. A wide-mouth or standard spout can be specified for dosing, topping up or dispensing. Available capacity range can be adapted around 5 L–20 L for Korean sauce, seasoning and vinegar producers seeking practical liner-bag packaging.

Printing is handled by 10-colour rotogravure, allowing brand marks, filling instructions, batch fields and Korean-language artwork to be reproduced consistently across the liner surface.
